CDS Groupe is a Hotel Booking Tool (HBT) platform dedicated to hotel bookings targeting businesses and corporate travel agencies. The company offers an integrated solution for hotel reservations along with access to more than one and a half million accommodations throughout the world.

Human Resources Generalist / Human Resources Business Partner at CDS is a true generalist role where you will have the opportunity to touch nearly every aspect of people operations (eg. recruiting, talent management, employee relations, employment law and compliance, etc). You’ll be responsible for a high volume of coordination tasks across these domains that will have
a direct impact on both candidates and employees alike.

As a HR Generalist / HRBP, you will be focusing on:

  • Coordinating people operations functions, such as personnel administration, payroll and labor legislation.

  • Managing cooperation with the external payroll services provider and ensuring the reliability of the data transmitted.

  • Coordinating hiring processes (active candidate sourcing and pre-selection processes, conducting candidate interviews, preparation of hiring documentation).

  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process.

  • Supporting talent & performance management processes.

  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and update policies and procedures when necessary.

  • Working closely with managers and leaders on a range of people policies and guidelines.

  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with all departments.

Skills and experience:

  • A minimum of five years of Human Resources / People Operations experience.

  • Practical experience in the development of various HR-processes.

  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.

  • Payroll experience highly desired.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

  • Proficiency with MS Office required.

  • High sense of ownership through responsibility and accountability for end results,

  • High integrity, focus on excellence and process improvement, agility in adjusting to changing environment.

  • Fluency in English (C1).
