Angeles C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Angeles most recently worked as the Director of Information Technology at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing since August 2020. Prior to that, they held various positions at Cirque du Soleil, including IT Business Analyst/Business Relations Manager and Technical Documentation Manager from September 2010 to the present and from October 2007 to September 2010, respectively. Angeles also worked at Cirque du Soleil as a Technical Writer from February 2005 to 2006 and as an IT Analyst from January 2004 to February 2005. Before joining Cirque du Soleil, they held roles at Universal Orlando Resort as a PC Analyst from January 1999 to September 2003 and as a Technician V from September 1995 to December 1998. In 2014, they achieved the Certified Business Analysis Professional designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis. Their most recent certification, acquired in 2019, is the Scrum Master Certification from the SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
