Cody Pitchios

Cody Pitchios has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2012, Cody worked as a Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice at Southland Industries, where they were responsible for fabricating and installing fire sprinkler suppression systems and lines in commercial buildings. In 2014, Cody transitioned to Ahern Rentals as an Inside Sales Representative, where they set up equipment reservations and trained new hires on phone etiquette and customer communication. Cody worked in this role until 2020. Cody then went on to work as an Office Manager at Veterans Assistance Angels from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Cody is employed at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, first starting as a Customer Experience Representative in May 2021 and later advancing to the role of Contact Center Trainer in February 2022. In this role, Cody trains new inbound and outbound agents on company tools and procedures, creates and updates training materials and procedures, and ensures accurate and up-to-date market-specific information. Cody is currently serving as a Customer Experience Supervisor at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, overseeing customer experience operations.
