Francine Mazza, PHR, SHRM-CP

Francine Mazza, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in the fields of recruiting and human resources. Francine is currently serving as a Recruiting Supervisor at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing since March 2021. Prior to this, Francine worked at Enterprise for nearly three decades, holding various roles. From 1997 to 2020, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager for the state of Nevada. Francine also served as the Group Recruiting Supervisor for Nevada from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, Francine worked as a Regional Human Resources Supervisor from 1994 to 1996, an Assistant Manager from 1993 to 1994, a Management Assistant from 1993 to 1993, and a Management Trainee from 1992 to 1993.

Francine Mazza, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Francine obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Northridge between the years 1990 and 1992. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Business at College of the Canyons from 1988 to 1990. In 1987, they studied at UC Santa Barbara for one year with a focus on pre-business.

In addition to their formal education, Francine has obtained various certifications in the field of human resources. In 1999, they obtained their PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. More recently, in December 2015, they earned their SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). These certifications demonstrate their commitment to professional development and staying current in their field.
