Milany Alves Carneiro

Milany Alves Carneiro has over nine years of work experience in the financial sector. Milany began their career in 2012 at HSBC as a Client Relationship Intern in the Middle Market segment. Milany then moved to Itaú Unibanco in 2015 as a Commercial & Relationship Assistant in the Personnalitè segment. In 2017, they joined Banco Safra as a Trainee in the Commercial Area, and then progressed to Commercial & Relationship Manager in the Middle Market segment and later Cash Management Regional Manager in the same segment. In 2022, they moved to STARK BANK as Head of Cash Management and then to goFlux as Head of Financial Products.

Milany Alves Carneiro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia in 2016. Milany then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2019 and is currently pursuing an MBA from MBA USP/Esalq in the field of Agronegócios / Agribusiness, expected to be completed in 2022. In addition, Milany has obtained five certifications since 2020, including Analista Comportamental from the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC, Motivação nas Organizações from Fundação Getulio Vargas, Certificação HR.Rocks em Gestão de Desempenho e suas Tendências from Qulture.Rocks Brasil, FGV in Company - Trainee Safra, Banking and Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and CPA 20 from ANBIMA.
