Ryan Loyola

Offshore Tech Support Manager and Project Manager at GoFundraise

Ryan Loyola has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ryan started their career in 2001 as a Store Manager at Marithe & Francois Girbaud. Ryan then transitioned into the customer service field, working as a Line Trainer at Qinteraction and training and certifying candidates for a customer service program. Ryan further honed their customer service skills as an Account Supervisor at Rainmaker, where they handled various accounts for U.S.-based clients. In 2005, Ryan joined Alta Resources as an IT Support Helpdesk Team Leader, where they provided IT support and led a team until 2013. Since 2014, they have been working at GoFundraise as the Offshore Tech Support Manager and Project Manager, remotely managing the Customer Support Team and collaborating directly with clients to fulfill their campaign requirements.

Ryan Loyola attended San Beda College from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Commerce majoring in Marketing Management. During their time at the college, they achieved the honor of being a Dean's Lister. Prior to their college education, Ryan Loyola attended St. Pius X Seminary from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a High School Diploma and was recognized as the 2nd Honorable Mention. Additionally, Ryan Loyola also attended San Beda College for an undisclosed period, focusing on a degree in Commerce majoring in Computer Applications and Info Systems.
