Veronica Havard is the current Director of Operations at GoGeddit Marketing and Media. Veronica has extensive experience in human resources, having previously worked as an Associate Human Resources Generalist at Bradley Corporation and an Executive Team Lead for both Human Resources and Guest Experience at Target.

Veronica has a proven track record of streamlining processes and increasing efficiency. At Bradley Corporation, they overhauled the recruitment process by implementing an Applicant Tracking System, which led to increased applicant satisfaction and saved time internally across all departments. Veronica also developed and presented payroll changes to 39 managers, decreasing the amount of time they spent on weekly payroll by over 50%.

In their role as Executive Team Lead at Target, Veronica was responsible for leading a team of guest experience associates. Veronica was instrumental in creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests, and their team consistently received high marks for their customer service.
