Ela Gajos

Ela Gajos is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in client solutions and workforce management. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager - Country Lead at GoGlobal since September 2021, Ela oversees operations in a leading Global Employer of Record service provider. Prior to this, Ela worked at iWorkGlobal as Senior Manager, Client Solutions, contributing to workforce management flexibility until the company's transition to Velocity Global. Ela's career began at Alexander Mann Solutions, where a range of roles from Client Services Manager to Support Administrator were held, managing teams, service delivery, and onboarding processes for major clients such as HSBC. Ela holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Jagiellonian University and has post-graduate studies in Coaching from Krakow University of Economics.
