Maaike Wassenaar

Maaike Wassenaar has a diverse work experience background in human resources and related roles. Maaike is currently working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Omnicom Media Group since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Interim professional at Rvdb from January 2022 onwards. Before that, they held the position of HR Medewerker at Stage Entertainment from October 2022 to April 2023, and at VolkerWessels ITBV from February 2022 to October 2022.

In earlier roles, Maaike worked as a part of the Bedrijfsbureau (planning & support) at LTP Business Psychologen from July 2020 to January 2022. Maaike also gained experience in recruitment, HR, and operations at Eden McCallum from January 2020 to June 2020. Moreover, Maaike worked in the Assessment team at LTP Business Psychologen from October 2017 to December 2019.

Before starting their career in HR, Maaike gained leadership experience as a Shiftleader at Restaurant Thijs from January 2016 to September 2017. These roles demonstrate Maaike's experience and growth in the field of human resources.

Maaike Wassenaar completed their Bachelor's degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie at the University of Amsterdam. Maaike pursued this degree from 2015 to 2019. Following their Bachelor's degree, they enrolled in the University of Amsterdam and pursued a Master's degree in Consultancy & Organisational Development from 2019 to 2020.
