Luanne Ruddy has extensive work experience in various industries, including technology, electronics, aviation, communication, and SaaS. Luanne joined their current company in 2019, where they hold roles in global operations, integrated planning & execution, enterprise program management, and transformation. Prior to this, Luanne worked at Gogo from 2009, serving as the Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Operations. Before that, they had a long tenure at United Airlines starting in 1986. At United Airlines, they held positions such as Corporate Program Manager, where they managed large enterprise strategic programs, and Call Center/Facilities - Manager of Operations/Administration, where they oversaw the property, assets, and people at United's largest customer call center.
Luanne Ruddy has a Bachelor's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Miami University. Luanne also obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. In addition, Luanne holds a licensed accreditation and certification in basketball officiating from the National Association of Sports Officials.
