Aska Chen

Aska Chen has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Aska started as a Software Engineer at Tatung in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Aska then joined HTC as a Software Development Manager and held that position for nine years, until 2015. After leaving HTC, they worked as the R&D Director at HyXen Technology from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Aska is the Director of Software Engineering at Gogoro, a position they have held since November 2016.

Aska Chen earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Tatung University, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including the Google Data Analytics and Google IT Support certificates from Coursera in 2023, the IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certificate from Coursera in 2022, and the Google Project Management Professional Certificate from Coursera | Google in 2021.
