Hao Feng Tan

Hao Feng Tan has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2014, they interned as a Software Engineer and Designer at HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil, where they managed and processed geodata using open source technologies. Hao Feng also designed and created media content for conferences. From 2015 to 2017, Hao worked at DHL Express as a Global Service Quality Specialist, monitoring the delivery network and taking proactive action to resolve issues for key account customers. In 2017, they joined UPS as a Trade Management Services Analyst, managing customs brokerage and transportation service tenders for Johnson & Johnson Asia-Pacific and providing recommendations for service transitions. Currently, Hao works at GOGOVAN as a Business Development Manager, where they monitor key metrics, identifies improvement areas, and recommends strategic partnerships for revenue generation.

Hao Feng Tan attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Information Engineering and Media.
