Andrew Suckiel has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew started their career in 2003 as a General Manager at McDonald's and later became a Director of Operations for two high-volume franchises. As a co-franchisee/owner operator, they achieved consistent sales growth and was responsible for all business operations and management programs.
In 2017, Andrew worked as a Business Consultant for an independent McDonald's operator, providing training and operational improvements. Andrew also played a key role in opening a new McDonald's location.
From 2017 to 2019, Andrew worked as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Yard House Restaurants, overseeing all operations, managing service standards, and driving sales through exceptional service. Andrew was also responsible for alcohol ordering, vendor relations, and team member training.
Currently, Andrew is employed at GoGuardian, starting as a Sales Support Specialist in 2019 and progressing to Commission Analyst and Commission Manager roles. Andrew is currently serving as a Senior Commissions Manager, responsible for managing commissions within the company.
