Jeffrey Sword has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeffrey is currently working at GoGuardian as the Director of Sales and Revenue Operations. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Senior Manager Sales Operations, Sales Operations Administrator Lead, and Salesforce Administrator within the same company.

Before joining GoGuardian, Jeffrey worked at The Harris Group | Marcus & Millichap as a Salesforce Administrator and Research Director for almost eight years. Jeffrey also briefly worked at ReDirect LLC as an Account Manager.

In addition, Jeffrey has hospitality experience from their time at Alyeska Resort & The Hotel Alyeska, where they worked as a Bellman/Valet. Jeffrey also gained managerial skills during their role as a Student Shift Manager at the University of Puget Sound Office of Annual Giving.

Jeffrey Sword received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended the University of Alaska Anchorage from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Accounting and Economics. In 2006 to 2007, Jeffrey attended Fort Lewis College, focusing on General Freshmen Education Requirements. In addition to their formal education, Jeffrey obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in August 2019.
