Mitchell Chang

Mitchell Chang has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a RMA fixer/shipper at Thecus Technology Corp. in 2013. Mitchell was responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer storage systems, as well as updating RMA statuses and communicating with customers on service-related issues. From 2015, they worked at Chatime as a Barista, Cashier, and Inventory Manager where they supervised employees, trained them, and managed store inventory. In 2017, Mitchell joined Intel Corporation as a Technical SSD Intern, where they gained expertise in solid-state drives, Python programming scripts, and cross-functional relationship management. Mitchell collaborated with various teams to ensure efficient completion of SSDs and provided on-site support for DELL and Supermicro. Mitchell's most recent role is as a Software Engineer at GoGuardian, starting from November 2018.

Mitchell Chang attended the University of the Pacific from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science.
