Oneika Osborne has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Oneika started their career in 2012 as a Corps Member for Teach For America, where they served for two years. Oneika then worked as an intern at Code Fever Miami, where they facilitated career exploration workshops and assisted in teaching a STEM Coding Program.

In 2014, Oneika joined The Posse Foundation as a STEM College Trainer. Their responsibilities included raising awareness of the Posse Scholarship program, managing the recruitment and selection process for Posse Scholars, and providing support to scholars during their college journey.

From 2016 to 2020, Oneika worked at Miami-Dade County Public Schools as a High School English Teacher. Oneika implemented differentiated instruction, utilized formative assessment tools, and managed school-spirit initiatives.

During their time at Achieve Miami from 2019 to 2020, Oneika served as a Program Manager. Oneika recruited and managed a cohort of students for college readiness programming, designed and delivered curriculum and test prep sessions, and supported high schoolers in community service workshops.

Oneika also had roles at Kapor Center, first as a SMASH Project Manager in 2019 and then again in 2020. In these positions, they supported Genius Plaza, led design and prototype challenges, and collaborated with other Project Managers.

Currently, Oneika works at GoGuardian as a Customer Success Manager. Oneika manages some of the company's largest clients, overseeing implementation, growth, and success with multiple products.

Oneika Osborne earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at Oakland University from 2012 to 2014.
