Steven Forrester

Steven Forrester has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Steven has worked as a Software Engineer at GoGuardian, leading a 6-month project to extend existing functionality to Windows. At CastleBridge Enterprises, they served as a Software Architect, leading a team and reverse engineering an enterprise solution for a US Government Administration. At Paragon 28, Steven worked as a Software Development Team Lead where they led a team and reverse-engineered existing in-house VB.NET applications. Steven also held the position of Software Development Team Lead at WellDyneRx, where they led a team to re-architect solutions and move towards a micro-service architecture. Additionally, Steven worked as a Software Architect and Team Lead at RevGen Partners, where they led teams to develop enterprise solutions for CenturyLink and Arrow Electronics. Prior to that, they served as a Software Developer at Healthcare Payment Specialists, converting legacy C++ applications to C# and re-architecting databases. Steven also holds extensive experience as the Director of Software & Applications at MHMR of Tarrant County and as the Chief Technology Officer at Capsule Technologie, where they were responsible for technical decisions and strategic direction. Steven began their career as the Director of Technical Services at Picis, where they were involved in linking the Picis Clinical Information System to various hospital information systems.

Steven Forrester obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Dallas between the years 1980 and 1983.
