Valeria Dubovoy

Valeria Dubovoy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Valeria started their career in 2015 as a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania Netter Center for Community Partnerships, where they focused on academically-based community service. In 2016, they joined ClassDojo as a Customer Support Agent, providing assistance to users. Valeria then transitioned to Nearpod in 2017, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. In 2019, they joined GoGuardian as a Customer Success Manager, and later advanced to the role of Product Marketing Manager in October 2021. Valeria's experience demonstrates their ability to excel in customer service and support, as well as their transition into marketing.

Valeria Dubovoy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
