Carrie Galbraith, CPRP, is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition for the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at GoHealth Urgent Care since November 2021, Carrie manages recruitment efforts for over 47 urgent care facilities, handling a broad array of responsibilities such as reporting, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiations. Prior to this role, Carrie worked as a Physician & Advanced Practitioner Recruiter at DaVita SOURCE from May 2018 to November 2021, focusing on sourcing advanced practitioners and physicians. Carrie also led physician recruitment initiatives as Director of Physician Recruitment at the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network from August 2007 to May 2018, enhancing access to healthcare services in rural areas.
