Agata Ballaun's work experience begins in 2014 with a role as a Creative Researcher at Abundance. Agata later worked as a Creative Researcher at four23 in 2015 and as a Brand Planner at Harrison:Fraser. In 2016, they held various freelance roles including Brand Analyst at FutureBrand, Insights Analyst at C Space, Freelance Researcher at Principal Ingredient, and Field Researcher/Local Project Coordinator at Stripe Partners. Agata then worked as a Design Researcher at Designit from 2016 to 2019, and currently holds the position of Senior Design Researcher at gohenry since 2019.

Agata Ballaun's education history begins with their master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained between 2006 and 2011. In 2010, they also spent a semester as an Erasmus student at the Universitat d'Alacant, focusing on culture and anthropology. Subsequently, Agata pursued a master's degree in MA Innovation Management at the Central Saint Martins College of Arts & Design from 2011 to 2013. Apart from their formal education, they obtained certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2019 and a Press certification from the International Federation of Journalists in March 2013.
