Toby Ayre

Toby Ayre has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2009, they worked as an Instructor at Bray Lake Watersports. In 2010, they joined IBM and held roles as an Analyst in GBS S&T Technology Strategy and as an RFS Officer in GTS Strategic Outsourcing. From 2012 to 2019, Toby worked at North Highland where they progressed through various roles starting as an Analyst, then Consultant, and finally as a Senior Consultant. In 2019, they joined Rail Delivery Group as the Head of Data & Analytics, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Toby is the Head of Data at GoHenry, starting in January 2023.

Toby Ayre obtained a BSc (hons) degree in Computer Science with Business from the University of Bath, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Toby has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they obtained the "Practitioner Certificate in Enterprise & Solution Architecture" from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Toby also achieved the "ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015. In the same year, Toby became a "Certified ScrumMaster®" through Scrum Alliance. Toby obtained the "Senior Instructor (Dinghy Sailing)" certification from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) in 2011. More recently, Toby obtained the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019, and the "AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty" certification in 2021.
