Aaron Gleason

Aaron Gleason has extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Aaron began their career at Avis Budget Group in 2007, starting as a Rental Sales Associate and eventually becoming an Operations Manager. In 2010, they continued to advance their career at the same company, taking on roles such as Airport Manager and Director of Airport Operations. Their responsibilities at Avis Budget Group included overseeing customer experience, business transformation, and strategy.

In 2022, Gleason joined NIO, where they worked in Fleet Processes & Product Experience. After about a year, they transitioned to their most recent position as Head of Operations at goHomePort in 2023.

Throughout their various roles, Gleason has consistently demonstrated their expertise in operations management and leadership within the transportation sector.

Aaron Gleason attended Arizona State University from 2016 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on Project Management. Aaron also obtained a certification in Project Management from Arizona State University in 2023. Aaron is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Arizona State University, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
