Xavier Sanchez

Xavier Sanchez is currently the VP of Operations at Hopscotch. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations & Customer Success at Mobilo Card from January 2020 to December 2022. Xavier was hand-selected by the cofounders to build the Operations & Service infrastructure for the organization. Xavier developed an operational roadmap with 12-month visibility into workforce, systems, and logistics. Xavier also optimized operations and aligned teams, enabling MoM revenue growth of 50%. In addition, they established key partnerships and created a supply chain to streamline in-house distribution and product delivery processes - production efficiency increased by 20%. Xavier designed a KPI dashboard to monitor Order Fulfillment and Service performance. Xavier also stood up a partnership with a 3rd party support team to provide 24-hour service, redundancy & scalability. Furthermore, they designed a scalable client support framework including value tiers, SLAs, triage processes & playbook. Finally, they recruited, hired, and trained Customer Success and Order Fulfillment teams across disparate geographic locations.

From January 2019 to December 2020, Xavier was the Vice President of Operations at Parachute Health. And from January 2017 to December 2019, they were the Head of Operations at Cater2.me.
