Andrew Lavino has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries. Andrew began their career as a Student Teacher at Southwest Guilford High School, where they assisted in teaching AP Chemistry and led presentation sessions.

Following this, Andrew held various roles at Omni Hotels & Resorts, starting as a Recreation Aide and later working as a Recreation and Events Aide. Andrew then advanced to the position of Recreation and Events Supervisor, where they supervised activities and events.

Andrew also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at JH Adams Inn, where they assisted with marketing initiatives. Andrew later interned at Radisson Hotels as an Events/Front Office Intern, assisting with events and front office operations.

Continuing their career, Andrew worked as a Front Office Agent/Brand Ambassador at Marriott International, where they provided customer service and represented the brand. Andrew then transitioned to the role of Digital Recruiter at TEKsystems, where they recruited digital talent.

Most recently, Andrew worked as a Customer Success Specialist at Snapsheet Inc, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Manager at Icon, leading implementations of Caremerge products and managing project scopes and timelines.

Andrew Lavino completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Relations at High Point University from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also participated in a study abroad program called "Semester at Sea" at the University of Virginia, focusing on International and Intercultural Communication. In addition to their formal education, Andrew obtained a HIPAA Certificate from Accountable HQ in May 2022 and became a Sprinklr Community Manager Pro through Sprinklr in December 2021.
