Justin Komorowski

Vice President Of Customer Success at Icon

Justin Komorowski has extensive experience in account management and customer success roles. Justin currently holds the position of Director of Account Management at Icon since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Account Management at VoiceFriend from July 2022.

From 2020 to 2022, Justin served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at GoodTime.io. Justin also worked at ALICE Training Institute, where they held multiple roles. This includes being the Director of Account Management from January to April 2020, Director of Customer Success from May 2018 to January 2020, Customer Success Department Manager from July 2017 to May 2018, and Program Manager from October 2014 to July 2017.

Justin Komorowski attended Cuyahoga Community College from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Westlake Highschool from 2000 to 2004. In terms of certifications, Justin obtained certifications in "Leadership Blind Spots," "Leading Effectively," and "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" from LinkedIn in August 2018. Additionally, they obtained an ALICE Trainer Level Certification in October 2014, although the institution where they obtained this certification is unspecified.
