Pallavi Chopra

Pallavi Chopra, SHRM - SCP, has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Pallavi began their career as an Assistant Manager of Learning at Panacea Biotec Ltd in 2000. Pallavi then worked as a Trainer in Organization Development at Convergys India Services from 2003 to 2006, where they played a key role in creating an orientation process for team leaders and managers.

In 2006, Pallavi joined Apollo International Limited as the Manager of Organization Capability, focusing on developing the organization's capabilities. In 2009, they took on the role of Faculty at Pearl School of Business, where they imparted knowledge and skills to students. Later that year, they joined Tower Vision India Private Limited as a Senior Manager of Employee Engagement, responsible for employee induction, development, and engagement initiatives.

In 2012, Pallavi worked from home and associated with an HR consultancy firm. In 2014, they became the Head of HR at ValueFirst Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., leading the HR function. Currently, Pallavi is working at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) as an HR Professional, Associate Director - HR, and Director of HR.

Throughout their career, Pallavi has shown expertise in various HR areas, including employee engagement, training and development, organization development, and learning. Pallavi'scontributions include the introduction of initiatives such as newsletters and open forums. Pallavi is a skilled HR professional with a strong focus on driving employee engagement and enhancing organizational capabilities.

Pallavi Chopra, SHRM-SCP, holds a P.G.D.M in HR and Marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (1998-2000) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (2009-2011). Pallavi also obtained a BSc. (Chemistry) degree with honors from Delhi University (1995-1998) and completed their XIIth from Apeejay School (1994-1995), with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and English. In addition to their education, they have obtained the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in March 2020.
