Sukhjit S Pasricha

Sukhjit S Pasricha currently serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sukhjit held the position of Group CHRO at Kotak Mahindra Bank from May 2019 to November 2022 and was the Chief of HR & Admin at Bajaj Finserv from January 2018 to May 2019. Sukhjit’s career at IndiGo began in April 2013, where Sukhjit was the Head of HR & Admin until January 2018. Additionally, Sukhjit has extensive experience in HR leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, including serving as Sr Vice President - HR for Airtel Africa and CHRO for various divisions. Sukhjit began the professional journey at Vardhman Group of Companies and has a BA Hons in Sociology from PU, Chandigarh, and an MBA in HR from GNDU.
