Sussy Vásquez has worked in various roles in the field of corporate communications since 2006. Sussy began their career as a Practicante at BCTS Consulting, where they were responsible for designing brochures and folletos informativos, as well as creating stories of success for the projects implemented in different companies. In 2007, they joined Gabinete Cotrina as an Ejecutiva de cuentas, where they established and coordinated the relationship between the clients and their stakeholders. In 2009, they became a Consultora Junior at ADN Consultores, where they were in charge of executing the strategic communication plan for clients such as Rimac Seguros, Aceros Arequipa, Talma and Claro. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Coordinadora de Proyectos at TIRONI Asociados, where they developed strategies of communication and public relations for companies such as Copa Airlines, The Clorox Company, Michelle Belau and Brazil Machinery Solution. Sussy then moved to Madrid Fusión as a Coordinadora, where they were responsible for coordinating classes, tastings and visits to the stand by international chefs, journalists and celebrities. In 2013, they joined ATREVIA as a Corporate Communications professional, in which role they analyzed the market behavior and registered press impacts. Finally, in 2015, they began working at ONG AIDER as Comunicaciones Institucionales, where they designed and implemented communication strategies to promote the institution's positioning in the environmental sector. In 2016, they joined GOintegro as a Customer Success Manager, where they provided advice on digital transformation processes to optimize internal communication, climate and organizational culture, with the aim of strengthening employee engagement.
Sussy Vásquez's education history includes a Máster degree in Comunicación Empresarial e Institucional from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2012-2014). Sussy also completed a Diseño Gráfico Digital course at Toulouse Lautrec (2018). In 2008-2009, they participated in a Programa de Profesionalización en Marketing para Ejecutivos at the Escuela de Postgrado de la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. Sussy holds a Bachiller degree in Ciencias de la Comunicación from the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (2002-2006) and completed a Publicidad y Comunicación Audiovisual course at the Universidad Abierta Interamericana de Buenos Aires (2005). Sussy is currently enrolled in a Comunicación e Imagen, Estrategias y Gestión de Medios course at the Universidad de Lima (since 2011) and a Digital Transformation course at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (since 2019).
