Daniella Babilye (Assoc CIPD)

Daniella Babilye (Assoc CIPD) has a wealth of work experience in the field of human resources. Daniella began their career in 2015 as an HR & Recruitment Administrator at Positive Employment Consultancy. In 2016, they moved to Holistic Community Care where they held the roles of HR Manager and HR Assistant. In 2018, they took on the position of HR Advisor at Shawbrook Bank. In 2020, they became a People Advisor at Zopa. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as People and Culture Manager at Goji.

Daniella Babilye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion from the University of the Arts London and an Associate CIPD from Westminster Kingsway College in Diploma Human Resources Management, which they obtained in 2017-2018.
