Nithya Rajan

Nithya is the Training and Special Projects Manager. In this role, she oversees the training and consulting projects, schedules, and resources. She enjoys working with clients, understanding their challenges, and providing solutions that are tailored to their needs. Starting her time at Goken America as a Mechanical Engineer, she developed the training department as it is today by pulling from her passion for creating great engineering and design that is creative and cost-effective and the desire to pass along that knowledge. Nithya works closely with her teams to ensure that the needs of the client are met. She comes up with innovative solutions that ensure the best possible learning while meeting the time and cost constraints of the client. Her love of learning may be attributed to the joy she finds in reading, as a voracious reader. Those who know her best will tell you that she will even read the back of shampoo bottles. In addition to enjoying reading outside of work, Nithya also spends her time traveling and being outdoors.
