Carla Susagna has had a varied career since 2009. Carla began their career as an Access Control & Customer Service Manager for Futbol Club Barcelona, where they supervised and directed the Access Control specialists and was responsible for establishing work assignments, priorities, and activities. In 2014, they took on the role of Bookkeeper for Providence Bookkeeping, where they recorded financial transactions, payments, and adjustments. In 2015, they held two roles simultaneously; Access Control & Customer Service Manager at Museu del Futbol Club Barcelona and Psicóloga residente en el Departamento de Lesión Medular at Institut Guttmann. In 2018, they took on the role of Inside Sales & Customer Service Director at Carnovo, where they were responsible for developing processes, talent acquisition, training, coaching and coordinating the team. In 2017, they founded Breaking Chains Together, where they work as a Coach and Psychologist, helping people with anxiety, depression, and self-steam. In 2021, they became the Head of Customer Success & Sales at GoKoan.

Carla Susagna has a comprehensive education history. Carla began their studies in 2009 at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they obtained a Grado de Psicología: Psicología Clínica de Adultos y Análisis e Intervención en Psicología Social in 2013. In 2015, they completed an Advanced Diploma of Translating at RMIT University. Carla then returned to the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, earning a MSc Clinical Psychology and Behavioural, a PgD Clinical Psychology: Methodology and Evaluation, and a PgD Clinical Psychology: Psychological Intervention between 2015 and 2017. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Docencia de la Formación Profesional para el Empleo from Grupo Aspasia.
