Niharika keshri

Niharika Keshri has worked in a variety of roles in the past five years. In 2022, they began working as a Client Success Manager (CSM) for GoKwik. Niharika then moved to ConvertCart in the same year, where they were also a Client Success Manager and was responsible for managing website optimisation for APAC, NA, and Latin America, ensuring customer retention, and building a deep understanding of the products/solutions. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at HDFC Bank, first as a Client Success Manager, where they were responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key High Net- Worth Individual accounts, and then as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for product planning and product marketing. In 2017, they completed an internship at United Technologies.

Niharika Keshri completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad between 2016 and 2018. Niharika has also obtained additional certifications such as the PGP - Introduction to Business Analysis Program from Simplilearn in June 2021, IRDA Certified from Insurance Institute of India, and NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification from NISM.
