Elin Winge Saetervik

Elin Winge Saetervik has a diverse work experience history. Elin Winge began their career as an Information Officer at the University of Central Lancashire in 2005. From there, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Brækhus Dege Advokatfirma DA before joining KPMG Sweden as a Trainee in Tax. In 2007, they transitioned to KPMG Norway, where they held various roles including Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager until 2018.

In 2018, they joined Norges Bank Investment Management as a Senior Advisor in their Real Estate Management division for a year. Elin Winge then moved to Utenlandsforum in 2020, where they have served as a Member of the Board, Deputy Chair, and currently holds the position of Chairperson of the Board.

Their most recent role is with Golar LNG, where they have been working as an HR Manager since September 2019. Elin Winge has recently been promoted to the position of Head of HR in February 2023. Elin Winge Saetervik earned an Executive Master of Management degree in Nyskapning og kommersialisering from Handelshøyskolen BI in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours degree in Journalism and Politics from the University of Central Lancashire in 2005. In 2001, they briefly attended Université catholique de l'Ouest but did not complete a degree.
