Rainer Juati

Rainer Juati is a Mining Engineer with extensive experience in the mining industry, currently employed at GOLD FIELDS since April 2023. Previously, Rainer held engineering positions at Glencore Australia from August 2022 to April 2023 and at GOLD FIELDS from October 2021 to August 2022. Prior roles include a Mine Engineer at Newmont Mining Corporation spanning five years from October 2016 to October 2021, with responsibilities focusing on drill and blast operations, short-term planning, mine design, and productivity studies. Rainer began a career at Orica as a National Service personnel in 2015 and undertook a summer internship at Orica Mining Services in 2014. Rainer holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology Tarkwa.
