James Conover

James Conover, CMA has over 20 years of work experience, starting from 1997 as a Staff Accountant at Belvedere Corporation. James was responsible for preparing financial information, handling accounts payable and receivable, and reviewing commercial lease agreements.

In 2001, they joined Kings Island Resort & Conference Center as a Human Resources/Accounts Receivable Administrator. James managed payroll, employee benefits administration, and implemented a purchase order system.

James also reviewed financial results with the board of directors and managed all audits and tax returns.

James Conover, CMA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Xavier University. James completed their MBA program from 2005 to 2007. James completed their undergraduate studies from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, James also obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in December 2015.
