Mariahe Baffi has a diverse work experience beginning in 2011. Mariahe began their career as a Fashion Intern at Cosmopolitan Magazine, where they were responsible for Women's Market, Men's Market, Lingerie, Cover Stories, Beauty, and Jewelry. Mariahe then moved on to Donna Karan, where they were an Intern in Global Licensing for Japan & Milan. In 2012, they held three positions simultaneously. Mariahe was a Social Media Intern at StyleSays, a Public Relations Manager at Spencer Kohn Photography, and a Designer's Assistant/Fashion Director's Intern at Donna Karan New York, DKNY. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Freelancer at Hubley Design Interiors and in 2016 they were a Sales Assistant at Bernard Chaus, Inc. In 2021, they became a Customer Experience at Goldbelly and in 2022 they took on the role of Architectural Digest Membership Specialist at Condé Nast.

Mariahe Baffi completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Fashion Marketing from LIM College in 2013. Prior to that, they attended The American University of Rome from 2009 to 2011.
