David Morrison

David Morrison has extensive experience in litigation and labor & employment law. David worked as a Principal at Goldberg Kohn, where they handled a wide range of employment, commercial, and bankruptcy cases. David has litigated in multiple states and regions throughout the country, representing both public and private companies. Prior to that, David served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Suzanne B. Conlon in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. David began their legal career as an Associate at Seyfarth Shaw, specializing in national employment litigation and traditional labor law.

David Morrison attended West Lafayette High School from 1982 to 1986. David then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors at Indiana University Bloomington from 1986 to 1990, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Economics. Following that, they went on to study at the University of Michigan Law School from 1990 to 1993, earning a Juris Doctor degree with cum laude honors in the field of Law.
