Kyle Ruth

Kyle Ruth is currently the Director of CX and Director of Implementation at Goldcast. Prior to this, Kyle worked at Attentive as a Team Lead and Senior Client Strategy Manager. Kyle also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at Splash and as a Sr Delivery Experience Specialist at Tesla, where they conducted orientations, executed financial transactions, and educated customers. With a background in music, Kyle has experience as a Principal Trumpet at the Beijing National Opera House Orchestra, House Manager at the University of Cincinnati, and as a Musical Contractor and Private Studio Owner at Ruth Music. They also worked as a Sales and IT Associate Manager at Kia and as a Pool Installer at Bigelow Pools. Kyle holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from West Virginia University. Kyle has a diverse range of experience in customer experience, music, sales, and management roles.
