Jenni Lim

Jenni Lim serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) since October 2023. Previously, Jenni held the position of Head of HR APAC at SEMPERIT AG from March 2014 to September 2023 and served as HR Business Partner Manager at Bayer from September 2009 to March 2014. Early career experience includes roles as HR Senior Executive at Marina Bay Golf Course and Recruitment Consultant at Talent Quotient. Jenni is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Global Business from Coventry University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Honours) from the University of London, along with a Diploma in Business IT from Singapore Polytechnic and a Level 7 Award in Human Resources from CIPD Qualifications.
