Kathleen Buttrey

Kathleen Buttrey currently serves as an Investigator at Golden Key Group, where responsibilities include investigating Title VII harassment allegations for a large Federal agency. In addition, Kathleen is a certified Mediator with the Neighborhood Justice Center, providing voluntary mediation services in Las Vegas. Previously, Kathleen led the EEO program as Director of EEO and Minority Enterprise at the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, advising senior leadership on EEO and minority business matters. Kathleen also held the position of EEO Officer at the US Army Research Laboratory from January 1999 to February 2003. Educational credentials include training from the Army Management Staff College and a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
