Aaron Amoroso

Aaron Amoroso has extensive work experience in the mining and exploration industry. Aaron began their career as an Exploration Project Geologist at Franconia Minerals, where they managed exploration programs, conducted geological mapping, and handled database management. Aaron then worked as a Geological Consultant at Datamine Software, providing technical support and training on exploration and mine planning. Aaron later joined Micromine North America as a Consulting Geologist, where they offered consulting services, training, and technical support for exploration and data management. At Sandspring Resources Ltd., they served as a Database Manager and Resource Geologist, overseeing data management, QAQC implementation, map generation, and mineral resource generation. Aaron then worked at MineSight, part of Hexagon, as a MineSight Specialist, providing technical support, software training, and project assistance in geological modeling and resource estimation. Aaron further expanded their expertise at MICROMINE as a Senior Geologist and USA Business Development Manager, where they conducted training and consulting services in exploration and resource estimation. Currently, they are employed at Golden Minerals Company as a Mineral Resource Manager, responsible for mineral resource estimates, technical reports, project development, and management. Aaron is also involved in the operation of the Rodeo gold mine in Mexico, handling resource updates, production models, grade control, and reconciliation. Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated strong technical skills, expertise in geological modeling and resource estimation, and a focus on data management and QAQC implementation.

Aaron Amoroso pursued a degree in Geology from the University of Minnesota, which they completed in 2006. Additionally, they obtained the MMSA QP Geology & Ore Reserves certification from the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America in June 2020.
