Rachel McDonnell

Rachel McDonnell is a Copywriter and has been with Golden Shovel Agency since February 2019. Rachel has experience writing SEO articles, website creation/maintenance, IT support, and graphic design. She also has an AFA in Music & Vocal Performance from Anoka-Ramsey Community College, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from St. Cloud State University.

Rachel’s day-to-day responsibilities include writing content for clients, especially as they are just beginning services with Golden Shovel. Rachel helps them share their message and explain different ways visitors can navigate around their new website. Rachel’s favorite project so far has been working on the graphics and presentations for a few of the Economic Development Awards projects.
