Justin Wilga

Justin Wilga has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Justin is currently working at Golden State Bank as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, they had various roles at Silvergate Bank, including Managing Director of Strategic Risk and Deputy Chief Operating Officer. Justin has also worked as the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Corporate Development at Silvergate Bank. Before joining the banking sector, Justin had roles at Yellow Line Digital as the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Justin also has experience in the education sector, working at John Paul the Great Catholic University as a Program Manager and Undergraduate Recruiter. Justin began their career at Wells Fargo as a Teller and Lead Teller and also worked at Staples and Y3K Graphix in early roles. Justin gained experience as a Baseball Umpire during their time at Temecula Valley National Little League.

Justin Wilga holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entrepreneurial Business from John Paul the Great Catholic University, which they obtained in 2009. Justin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurial Business from the same institution and completed it in 2011.
