Alex Shi

Alex Shi has extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement management across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Golden State Foods since April 2019, Alex oversees daily operations involving union associates and production processes. Previously, Alex held the position of Continuous Improvement Manager at Golden State Foods, where initiatives such as Redzone and Power BI reporting were implemented. While at Ecolab, Alex was the Regional TPM Manager responsible for supply chain excellence across multiple facilities. Additional roles include Lean Six-Sigma Coach at Mondelēz International and several positions at Wrigley, including Start-up Leader for Skittles. Alex possesses a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Purdue University.
