Ed Rodriguez is currently the Corporate SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Golden State Foods. Prior to this, they were with Ventura Foods from May 2011 to June 2016, where they served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer and developed and implemented a national labor strategy resulting in over $5 million in cost and efficiency savings.

Rodriguez has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Ed began their career as Human Resources Manager at Sheraton from January 1992 to December 1995. Ed then joined PepsiCo in January 1995, where they eventually became Vice President, Human Resources, Western Region. During their time at PepsiCo, they led all HR functions for the Western region, including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Labor Relations.

Rodriguez is a senior HR leader with experience in both the corporate and field HR functions. Ed has a proven track record in leading organizational change and upgrade of HR organizations. Ed is also skilled in developing culture through engagement and technology.

Ed Rodriguez began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Santa Barbara. Ed then went on to earn a M.A. in Communication Management from the University of Southern California. After working for several years, Ed decided to return to school and earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Education with an Emphasis in Leadership Studies from Chapman University. Most recently, Ed has completed an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership.

They work with Ryan Hammer - Corporate SVP & President, Quality Custom Distribution, Guilda Javaheri - CTO, and John Page - Corporate SVP, Chief Corporate Social Responsibility & Legal Officer. Ed Rodriguez reports to Mark Wetterau, Chairman & CEO.
