Jason Prince

Jason Prince has over 20 years of experience working in various roles within the food industry. From 2000 to 2013, they worked at Cargill, where they held positions such as Operations Manager, Operations Superintendent & Facility Continuous Improvement Leader, Maintenance & Engineering Manager, Capital Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Maintenance Supervisor. In these roles, they managed teams, implemented continuous improvement initiatives, oversaw maintenance budgets, and led capital projects. Since 2014, Jason has been working at Golden State Foods. Jason started as the Director of Meat Operations, where they managed a high-speed hamburger patty and bulk grind operation. Jason played a key role in strategic initiatives, facility transitions, and collaborated with McDonald's on their fresh beef initiative. In 2019, they became the Director of Continuous Improvement, establishing the continuous improvement cultural vision for the division and training site leaders. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Director of Operations, where they currently serve.

Jason Prince received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2000. Jason then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from Auburn University, which they completed in 2006. Additionally, Jason has obtained various certifications in subjects such as blockchain, cryptocurrency, financial markets, data analysis, maintenance and reliability, advanced techniques, six sigma, and worker safety.
