Karen Dunmire

Karen Dunmire has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karen started their career as a Plant Accountant at Minerals Technologies Inc. in 2002 and later worked as a Regional Cost Analyst and Financial Systems Analyst. In 2008, they joined Honeywell Safety Products, where they served as Manager of Financial Accounting and Finance Manager. In 2015, they joined Refresco as Manager of Global Procurement Finance and later took on the role of Senior Finance Manager. Karen then worked at Vital Farms as Sr Cost Accounting Manager before returning to Refresco as Senior Manager of Procurement Finance. Most recently, they became the Director of Operations Finance at Refresco in 2023.

Karen Dunmire earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting from PennWest Clarion, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the same institution, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000.
