Rachael Kahn

Rachael Kahn, MSN, FNP-C, serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Golden State Orthopedics & Spine, a position held since September 2023, following a similar role at Concentra from January 2022 to September 2023. Rachael completed a Master's of Science in Nursing at the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University, where Rachael also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Additional experience includes an internship at Petersen HIV Clinic and observational roles in various medical settings, along with leadership positions within the Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority during collegiate years.
