As a founding member of the Hacking HR Experts Council and a content contributor for Hispanic Executive, Jenn V. actively engages in thought leadership within the DEI space. Previous roles include Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Amgen, where Jenn V. developed a five-year strategic plan, and Commissioner for the City of Los Angeles, focusing on community development. As the founder of Valor Social Good, Jenn V. designed strategic DEI solutions and led national efforts with Fortune 500 companies.
