Bush Kim began their work experience in 2012 as a Mechanical Technician at Development Technology Workshop. Bush then worked at Golden West Humanitarian Foundation from 2013 to the present, holding roles as a Technician from December 2013 to December 2015, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer starting in January 2016. Since 2018, Bush Kim has been self-employed as a Marketer/Dealer.

Bush Kim completed their education in a chronological manner. Bush began by obtaining a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians from Don Bosco Technical School in the years 2010-2012. Following this, they pursued an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical Training Institute from 2012-2014. Continuing their education, Bush obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia, where they studied from 2014-2017. Lastly, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at the National University of Management from 2017-2019.

In addition to their academic achievements, Bush Kim also received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports in March 2015.
